Seating Information
Kaseya Center is a multi-purpose arena in Miami with seating layouts that change depending on whether we are attending a Miami Heat game, a concert, a family show, or another special event.
For Miami Heat basketball, the arena generally includes courtside/event-level seating, a 100-level lower bowl, premium and suite areas around the 200 level, a 300-level upper bowl, and a 400-level upper deck.
- Best basketball seats: lower-bowl center-court sections are usually the strongest choice for viewing the full game.
- Best value basketball seats: lower-corner and upper-center sections can provide a good balance of price and view.
- Sections to be careful with: very high 400-level rows, far-corner upper seats, and seats behind basket structures may feel farther from the action.
For concerts, Kaseya Center often uses an end-stage layout, with floor seating or GA/pit areas available for some shows. Lower-bowl side sections facing the stage are usually the safest choice for fans who want a strong view without standing on the floor.
- Best concert seats: floor seats close to the stage, GA/pit when available, or lower-bowl side sections facing the stage.
- Best comfort choice: lower-bowl side seats offer a seated view and easier access to concourses than the floor.
- Sections to avoid: extreme side-view seats, seats behind the stage, and high upper-level seats if we want a close performer view.
Useful venue infrastructure includes premium lounges, suites, concourse maps, elevators near accessible drop-off areas, food and beverage on every level, mobile-ticket support staff, and a cashless payment environment.
Parking Information
Parking near Kaseya Center is limited immediately around the arena, and some nearby lots have been permanently eliminated due to downtown Miami development. We should reserve parking before arrival whenever possible, especially for Heat games, major concerts, and weekend events.
Closest parking is convenient but usually more expensive and slower to exit. Better-value options are often a few blocks away at Miami Worldcenter, Bayfront Garage, or downtown lots.
- Gate 4 Valet: Gate 4 near NE 8th Street, estimated around $59, about a 1-minute walk. Best for convenience, but expensive.
- Bayside Marketplace Garage: 401 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132, estimated $15.74 to $55, about 4 to 7 minutes walking. Very close, but exit traffic can be heavy.
- Miami Worldcenter Block H Garage: 644 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33132, estimated $27 to $40+, about 5 to 8 minutes walking. Good balance of distance and price.
- Miami Worldcenter Block D Garage: 888 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33132, estimated $26.77 to $43.83, about 5 to 11 minutes walking. Good self-park option.
- Aria 501 Garage / 501 First Residences: 121 NE 5th St, Miami, FL 33132, estimated $20 to $53.63, about 7 to 10 minutes walking.
- Bayfront Parking Garage: 255 NE 1st St, Miami, FL 33131, estimated $24 to $64 depending on duration, about 9 minutes walking.
- Municipal Lot #19-1: 299 NE 4th St, Miami, FL 33132, estimated from about $15.99, about 9 minutes walking.
Rideshare drop-off is at the corner of Bayshore Drive and HEAT Blvd, with guests using Gate 6 for entry. Taxi, limo, bus, and primary disabled drop-off are at Gate 3 on NE 8th Street near the box office windows. A secondary disabled drop-off is at Gate 4 near valet.
We would avoid relying on unreserved street parking, informal lots, or very distant low-cost lots for late-night events. Public transit is also practical: take Metrorail to Government Center, transfer to Metromover’s Omni Loop, exit at Park West Station, and walk east toward Kaseya Center.
Box Office Information
Kaseya Center tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster or at the Kaseya Center Ticket Office on event days. For Miami Heat games, the Ticket Office is scheduled to open 3 hours before tip-off. For non-Heat events, the Ticket Office is scheduled to open from 12:00 PM until the start of the event, but hours can change by event.
Ticket delivery is primarily digital/mobile. For Heat games, all tickets are digital and no paper tickets are used. Mobile tickets should be opened on the device before approaching security, and each guest should have their own ticket transferred before arrival.
- Electronic tickets: Tickets can be accessed through the Miami HEAT App, Ticketmaster app, or a mobile browser depending on the event.
- Hard tickets: We should not rely on paper tickets for Heat games, because paper tickets are not used for Heat entry.
- Mobile-only entry: Screenshots and printouts are not accepted for Heat tickets.
- Transfers: Tickets should be transferred to guests before arriving. Once a ticket has been scanned at the gate, it cannot be transferred.
- Resale: Eligible Heat tickets may be resold through Ticketmaster’s resale marketplace.
- Parking passes: Some parking passes are also digital and scan from the phone at participating garages.
For the smoothest entry, we should download or open tickets before arriving, add eligible tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay, make sure the phone is charged, and avoid using screenshots.
